Art Dubai Projects is a not-for-profit programme of new commissions that features both established and upcoming artists from across the Middle East and Asia. The programme includes residencies, site-specific projects, performances, radio, video and music. Art Dubai Projects 2013 also features the launch of the Sheikha Manal Little Artists programme, a set of artist-conceived projects for children aged 3-14.
